Refund

I went to Cavendish Square, Dischem where I bought an item, I returned it 5 min later cause I saw it somewhere else for much cheaper. It was refunded onto my card and 3 days later it’s still not reflecting. When I phoned their customer care I was told refunds take 3-14 days!!!!

Does it take 3-14 days when I purchase something from you for you to receive your money???

Absolutely ridiculous!!!
