Refund

I made an online order that amounted to 339 only items worth 150 were delivered ,no one is telling me how and when my balance will be refunded for an order made 05.04.2020 ,I need urgent feedback on this matter it’s 6 days later and no feedback has been given ,order 662373 DISP***,someone needs to contact me urgently on this *** it has become really ridiculous and ludicrous
