REFUND

On Monday the 15th February I went to return an UP 24 JAWBONE device that I bought at discherm on 08/08/2015 because the warranty is 12 months on the device. I was then told that I should call the supplier because dis cherm has continued the device and they will not take it back. I then phoned the supplier and explained the problem with the device. The supplier said they will give me a full refund or replace me with a new device but I will have to return the device to discherm. when I got to discherm I told them what the supplier said and they said they will not allow the supplier to send a new device to their store because it was discontinued so I must accept a refund. The device was 999.95 medical aid paid 750 and i paid 249.95. I was only refunded with 249.95 and I was told that my medical aid will be refunded by discherm head office and they will give me a call. I am still waiting for the refund and its 3 days later.
