Recurring unfair treatment at Dischem overpot Durban

I am extremely disappointed with the recurring unfair treatment I experience at Dischem Overpot.

Earlier today, I placed an online order around 15:00 and inquired about delivery options. I was informed that deliveries were being prepared for the following day, so I decided to visit the pharmacy in person instead. Unfortunately, due to a slight delay in the parking area, I arrived at 18:04, just after closing time. However, I had communicated in advance that I was on my way.

When I arrived, I noticed that customers were still in line making payments. Despite this, the manager refused to assist me with my order. I even provided proof of my prior communication with the dispensary via WhatsApp, confirming they were aware I was coming.

This marks the third instance of unfair treatment I have faced at this branch, each for different reasons. Such repeated experiences of poor customer service and lack of follow-through are entirely unacceptable.

I hope this matter is addressed promptly to prevent further dissatisfaction.
