Reception @ Newton Park

I called in today and selected the correct option. Rob from reception would not give me his name when he was speaking to me. When I asked for his name (after he referred to himself as reception) he rep**** "this is reception how can I help you. I then responded" doesn't reception have a name?, it is standard for you to give me your name " only then did he reply and told me that his name is Rob. Seriously, if I am calling you with my airtime I want to make sure that I get the details of the person I speak to so that I can tick the call off my to-do list. Customer service is standard, you should not deviate from the standard based on what you feel is right for that moment for that particular client Rob from reception at Dis-chem in Newton Park.
