Really poor service from Dischem online.

Really poor from dischem online. I made an online order yesterday for delivery to myself. When I received the email notification it indicated delivery to my father ( for whom I ordered previously) in Gqeberha.

I phoned the call centre and after a very long wait of about 15 minutes was put through to the Gqeberha branch and then gave them my correct address and they indicated that they would change it

Today I received a mail with delivery still to my father but from the Somerset West branch ( I live on the west coast)

Ir really isn’t worth the effort of online ordering with Dischem. Last time I ordered for myself the order took more than a week because they were out of stock even though the supposedly online website indicated availability They are really damaging their brand with poor online service
