Really bad service ever

On the 27 August 2020 i filled a Pack My Meds form online so that i can get an sms when my medications are ready for collection, even now i haven't received any contact from dischem then i called dischem Jubilee mall in hammanskraal so that they can deliver pack and deliver my medications buy still nothing and now when i check online it shows that my medications is still not due till 25 October 2020. I need those medications as they run out yesterday and if i go to the doctor to get a prescription it will cost me R730 for consultation so can you kindly get someone to call me as im really annoyed now
