Really bad service.

Today at Dischem Mall@55 I stood in the longest que at self medication while there were only one chemist on duty. The manager, Yolandi, sat on her bum doing whatever else instead of getting up and acting like she gives a **** about the customers in the que. When i asked her if she can get someone to help she told me that she doesn't have any more staff till January. One of the ladies in the que told me that she spends thousands every month at dischem and will be taking her business ti Clicks next year. The manager of this store acts like she is doing clients a favour by being there, it is quite the opposite. Dischem should not use the slogan pharmacist who care, because they don't. I suppose really bad service and high prices is becoming the new normal in South Africa. I too won't be shopping at dischem anymore.
