Really bad attitude

The nurse at the clinic, Sister Jay as she calls herself, the unfriendliest and absolutely the rudest person I have come across. For the profession she is in you would expect helpful people. She was so unwilling to assist with an injection that would have taken all of 5 min and I had to get it today and I explained that Fourways branch did not have stock so they couldn't help me but called Nicolway and they had the stock. She couldn't care less and just told me she leaves at 5. So I get there at 16h30 and she's not in consultation as she said she would be and couldn't bother to talk to me, instead she was sitting on her cell phone. All the dischem clinics help when needed but this madam only helps on appointment. They will not see me again!
