Rain-Check no reply, waste of time

I was given a rain-check on 30/03/2021 for an item that was not in stock and was told the store will contact me once stock arrives, which did not happen, I followed up with store 5 times with no joy.

I emailed careline on 21/01/2022, still waiting for a reply I emailed careline on 01/02/2022, still waiting for a reply

Terrible service!!!!
