******, rude insulting staff at Dischem Haasendal Gables Mall in Kuilsriver

A terrible ****** "mask" incident at Haasendal Gables Mall in Kuilsriver, a very rude branch manager, turned the issue away from being about ****** and rudeness into a mask issue... leaving a very bitter taste in my mouth. Even after speaking to the ethics committee manager of the Western Cape, no apology was offered... only that the staff was addressed on general attitude and demure, additional training and necessary disciplinary actions taken... The company slogan: "pharmacists who care", means zero when you realize how terrible it is, that a customer is just another number for big companies like this, and that most people do not say sorry anymore for bad, insulting and ****** behavior.
