****** BEHAVIOUR AT DISCHEM BRACKEN GARDENS

<p>I went to the Bracken Gardens Pharmacy to collect a prescription this morning.</p> <p>As I was waiting in the queue at the dispensary section of the pharmacy, some white man came and the pharmacist (Rudie Jacobs) signaled for him to come through and did not serve me though I was ahead in the queue. When I eventually queried this, Jacobs did not even bother to respond. Instead, the white man interrupted and told me he was a doctor and he doesn’t even know why I was sitting there and made a whole lot of other claims alluding to that he did not have to wait in the queue and had a right to undermine me and that in the good old days he used to walk right into the dispensary and even mentioned that he deserved preferential treatment than me. </p> <p> </p> <p>I did raise my complaint with the Dispensary Manager and just don’t believe that patients should be treated on a preferential basis apparently on the basis of the colour of their skins and social standing.</p> <p> </p>
