****** behavior from disc-hem staff

I have visited a store in raslouw shopping center. I have gotten a call from dischem to advise me that my product is here and ready for pick up. I have a bandage on my foot and explained Jacque Dupree that I cannot stand in the que due to my foot he explained that sorry if I don’t have a clutches I have to stand. However he did see me limp all the way to him. He refused to let me in and few minutes later a white couple comes with a baby stroller he immediately lets them in. I explained him preference should be given to elderly and disabled also people who are injured and cannot stand I also explained him that I’m not shopping going straight to customer cares which was right by door and straight to pay. He refused!!!

This is absolutely raciest behavior and I want this issue resolved! We live in a democracy and such behavior should never be accepted !!!

This is very u fair treatment !! As soon as I was in he gave the list to another staff member because I was by customer care and went straight to pay as I told him so he refused to look at me and stood behind my van until I was done n went back in. He had a terrible attitude towards me and treated me with disrespect , if he could say I don’t care he would have because that was the attitude he was giving me said well sorry nothing I can do everyone waits in line only elderly however I noticed elderly people in the line and never get first preference! He has a terrible and ****** attitude! Such people should be delt with in a serious way!!!!
