Rehidrat was marked R12.95 at the shelf and was scanned at R239.95 at the till Supervisor was called who then called the manager Neal Moodley and he said it's not their problem as customers move stock around and am I crazy this stock can't cost R12 it doesn't come from heaven, the Supervisor Zimbini Gumpe said if these guys were Indians you were not going to treat them in this fashion and he didn't give a damn it was like he owns Dis-chem and he is soo arrogant even to staff, why didn't he explain to us politely as a manager, Dis-Chem need to give managers proper training how to give customer service to all customers and not certain race groups.
