****** and False Allegations

Today an employee at the Dis-chem Glenfair branch blatantly accused my mother of *****ing and was singled out in public just because we are of a different race and even made the comment " Watch out for the Chinese Lady holding a woolworths bag".

How can this employee make such allegations without any hard evidence. We have been loyal customers of this branch for years and can prove it with our constant track record of purchases.

This employee works at the Bionike counter.

What actions will Dis-chem take upon this employee?
