Racial remarks from cashiers

So Today the 5th October 2018 we decided to pop into the Dis-Chem at President Square in Vanderbijlpark to do our normal toiletry shopping.

My mum had waited at the till que as she forgot her bag with my wife who was at the next door store. Now whilst waiting at the tills my mum overheard the cashiers gossiping about her to themselves and giving ****** remarks in their mother tongue about my mum. When my mum approached them and asked them to stop as it's racial and very disrespectful they started literally swearing at her.

Now we asked to speak to the manager and the manager didn't even know how to handle the situation!!!

This is the most disgusting and appauling service I have ever recieved in my life from a retail giant like Dis Chem!

You guys surely need to get your staff some serious customer training as the cashiers are very racial.

It was Teller number 6 and the time was approximatly 16:30.

I will NEVER ever spend my money again in any of your stores and I promise to spread this word about the service I received.
