R660 baby vaccine?!

Yesterday I had returned to dischem after enquiring about my baby's vaccination. Previously I was told it would be R100 and on the day I was bringing my baby, the nurse at Kenilworth dischem told me that the vaccination is R660. How on earth is Dischem charging that amount of money for an injection! Is this is even real??? Please attend to me and advice in detail what your 18 month baby vaccines have that makes them so so expensive!
