<p>On the 27 of Jan 17 I took my baby to Dischem at Verdi shopping centre for ammunization . I was charged incorrectly because the cashier didn't ring the immunization charge hence everything was in front of her. I was only informed of such today the 16th of Feb 17. I was not happy the way the manager Neil handled the entire senario. He advised though he will not void the outstanding amount on their system i have to pay it after he acknowledged that the fault was from their side,cashier or the store won't take a knock. I did advise him that I will never buy from the store again and he said ITS FINE. Such behaviour is not acceptable from the management not to handle such small matters like this........ Such a big company like this can't make an expection to waive such a a small. </p>
