They do not even deserve this one star. Send me a notification that script is prepacked and available for collection and then I wait 10 minutes and no less than 2 x pharmacists squeeze past me on their way out from behind the counter totally ignoring me. When someone at last decides to attend to me I show the confirmation received - this includes name and surname and list of 4 meds AND ORDER NUMBER!!!!!!

Guess what Zanele asks me - who is the script for ??????

And to add insult to injury she packs a single box in a paper bag and then asks me if I am waiting for anything else... this is the 6th and last repeat of the very same script every single month from the same Dischem branch Constantia Park in Roodepoort ...Zanele even asks if I collected my dispensed meds on 27/11/2025????? How do these people maintain theirs records???? Not to mention stock levels?????? I only ordered my meds on 10/12/2025...and surely the system should show a collection!!!!!

I had to asks Zanele to check if this was the last script - she very unenthusiastically does so - her entire attitude is that I am wasting her time, and she is actually ding me a favor!!!!!

Thank heavens this is my last repeat - Dischem you will not see me again... and that might be cool with you since I am one person, but I am in contact with thousands of others .... enjoy your poor customer service consultants
