PUTTING CUSTOMERS @ RISK COVID-19

I must say that I am EXTREMELY UNHAPPY AND VERY ANGRY. My experience at your clinic was ubsolutely disappointing with USELESS service. I made an appointment and called 3 days before the time, even explained exactly what I required done, they could not help me when I got there due to them not having a certain tube. Having to spend money on a cab ( R72.00) to get there from where I reside I was then sent to Lancet outside the mall and guess what.... THAT IS A COVID-19 TEST SITE. HOW DARE CAN DIS-CHEM NURSES send people there??? This is NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL AND WHAT IF I CONTRACTED COVID DUE TO THEM SENDING ME THERE? The lady even told me that she is glad that I was standing soo far away from everyone there as the people are all possible positive cases. I want the Regional Manager of this store to contact me.
