Protocol vs human life

Life literally saved...was at dischem Westgate... did not have my appointment card.. only had my ID... the first line of contact...was rather heartless didn't even want to understand my situation... SHE WAS ONLY FOCUSED ON PROCESS AND PROCEDURE'S.. BUT THE MANAGER WAS FIRM ON THE PROCESS AND PROCEDURE'S BUT HELPED ME ANYWAY.
