Profile issues - Dispensary

I am becoming increasingly annoyed at the fact that i cannot use ANY Dis-chem dispensary without being asked to produce my ID number or actual ID. I have been using Dis-chem dispensaries for years now but having to do this is getting really irritating and they can never seem to find my profile. I have asked for my profile to be removed and re-added and that has not been done, not to mention the side eye I get after giving my married Afrikaans surname compared to my Indian, ****en surname. You have lost my business Dis-chem. I will be using Clicks in future for my shopping as well as medicines.
