Product failure

I bought 3 WHIZZY 3pin plugs that have twin usb charger ports. 2 of them stopped working (the light wont switch on and wont charge). Its been less than a months, probably almost 2 weeks. Unfortunately I had thrown the receipts away but surely something can be done about this? Really disappointed that a product can flake out so quickly.
