Price changes

Am very disappointed in the service I very disturbed . After buying a product on line and being told that the is no stock , and I should opt for a refund as you don't know when the product was not available. After my refund has been processed I see the same product on sale , on line but with a different price , whose fault is it that the price was printed incorrectly? Why am I I not getting the product I paid for .. ? What you are doing to your clients is very wrong and your customer service is pathetic, it's like speaking to a robot .to show that wasn't about the product not being available, why they still selling but with a different price , I understand that the price you is the price you pay , & my payment was successful.
