Prepare to wait for up to 3hours even when sick and pregnant

Dischem Hazeldean absolutely shocking service. I'm 3 months pregnant and have a respiratory tract infection. I went to a doctor who gave me a prescription but trying to collect it from this dischem was absolutely impossible. After queuing for an hour and a half and waiting another 30 min for them to get the meds together i was sick and faint and so had to lie down at the intercare. Dischem assured me that they would leave the package at the collections counter. When my husband came to collect me still no package. Then they eventually found the package but wouldn't let us leave until they had explained how to take the meds and then another long que to pay.
