PREMIUM TAKEN FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT

I cancelled my health insurance policy for 30 November 2024, but decided against it 2 weeks before the end of November and had the policy re-instated. It was confirmed by the agent and the premium went off on 2 December 2024 as usual, upon trying to book a virtual doctor's appointment, I had to find out that I'm no longer able to use my medical insurance....😡😡😡😡 THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO TAKE MY PREMIUM BUT I CANNOT USE MY MEDICAL INSURANCE....😡😡😡😡😡😡
