Pre-pack my meds - poor service

This store just needs to cancel the "pack my meds" facility/service. Went to collect my meds (on more that 3 occasions) and gets told that there is no one to assist i need to join the long dispensary que. I mean this service is supposed to assist customers with easy collections , SO DISSAPOINTING hey. Why use this service if one still needs to stand in the que ?
