Pre-ordered medication

The website shows that Dischem is open until 19h00. The phone goes directly to the automated recording (Due to Covid, the retail hours changed). From 09h00 till 19h00 - it is 09h40... We picked up my mothers chronic medication that was pre-ordered from Medexpress. Two prescriptions, and I received only 1, after I asked the lady more than once, if both prescriptions are in the bag. Now I am getting messages from Dichem, stating the parcel will be taken back if we do not collect within the next 2 days.
