Dis-Chem Online Orders is doing ********* business.

I purchased and paid for my order on the 18/12/'25 via there Owoz Payment option. The funds were deducted from my account but the order showed cancelled on Dis-Chem side (Aborted by Myself) now I would like to know why will I abort an order if I know I paid for it.

I had to phone them and ask them where my order is , had to send P.O.P it has been at the bokkeepers for investigation since last week and now I have to wait till after the holidays for the Bokkeeper to come back from leave.

This is committing ***** , you taking money from the customers but the orders gets cancelled.

I am not happy at all , the amount is insignificant it is about the principle of the sale not being processed but payment was received.
