Portia dischem Randridge

I had a hair appointment with Portia from Dischem Randridge she was clearly busy however chose to still take me. I went in for my roots and highlights. She had the bleech on my hair for so long while doing other customers and burnt my hair. While drying my hair I noticed chunks of my hair on the brush. She didn’t even apologise and made me pay 1300 for this. She then came to me and said I should come in the following week for a treatment noticing that I clearly was upset about my hair.I went to dischem as this was supposed to be a reputable place to do your hair only to be devastated by the results. I hope dischem will take the necessary disciplinary actions in this case. No one should feel worse after walking out the salon. It was so bad that even my roots was not done properly
