Poor urgency of life threatening medication

My son has a life threatening allergy to peanuts. His epipen junior has expired and I got a new script in January which I took to Dischem Benmore. After not hearing anything as they had said I would be called when it arrived. I called only to find out one had arrived - but it was an adult one and not junior. I was told they would try again. No news or follow up. I phoned several times / visited Dischem but with no luck and my frustrations rising. I got hold of one particular pharmacist who said she recalled my script and would follow up with her manager and then give me regular updates as to when the epipen was coming in. She said they were battling with stock and could locate one epipen but it was expiring in 7 months (and I’d still have to pay the full amount). I haven’t heard anything from Dischem or that pharmacist. I have tried calling numerous times to follow up only for the line to cut or never getting through to a manager or someone who can assist me. I need to know if the pharmacy can locate a epipen for my son as this is a matter of urgency and life / death if he is exposed to peanuts.
