Poor unprofessional staff

My daughter went to dischem Sunward Park on Sunday 16 Aug with her 4 month old baby she allways buy all there and the little ones toiletries there. She had him in his pram with a little basket below so she have put everything in the basket she bought over R800 from them unfortunately a little bottle of R45 stayed behind in the basket, she went to pick&pay then and when she got to the exit door the security was waiting for her and claimed she stole this bottle they treated her like a ********. For heaven sake why will she ***** a R45 bottle if she purchase over R800 just 15 min ago.She told them that she did pay for it and gave them her slip but they public humiliated her in front of the public with her 4 months old baby. They can for sure know they have lost a customer. There service s poor and the manager don't know how to handle his own shop.The security have handled her like a ********, it's really bad service I told her to buy from clicks in future.
