Poor train staff

I am a new owner of a prepaid meter and company card of the prepaid meter company says i can buy electricity at any dischem but Hazeldean Dischem staff is not train to sell this electricity after i shown them my card that has Dischem loco on. They send to buy at pick and pay. That is very bad service. Not very happy.
