POOR TELEPHONE SERVICE

Been attempting to place an order to come and collect medicine at dispensary, have been either cut off (4 times) or the phone gets picked up, held "in the air" for a couple of seconds and just put down again...when asked to speak to the manger, phone just also rings and rings and rings...
