Poor Standards and service

July 22 I went to Dischem President Square Clinic on a Friday to make an appointment for Saturday, I was told that there is no need to book an appointment. Saturday it was a walk in for me as discussed the previous day. I went for a baby immunization and Family Planning. August 22 I went on a Saturday for my other sons immunization, now I was told to make an appointment first. Iam angry because it was a cold day and with the cost of petrol , if they had the same standard then I could have made an appointment. if they have changed then they were supposed to assist me and tell me about the new standard. M disappointed
