Poor service resulting in financial loss

Recently DisChem Hazeldine dispensed a 4month supply of my medication for an overseas trip. Firstly, they charged me for all the medication, failing to clear it with Discovery Health first and then had to refund me the money. On arrival in the UK I found they omitted to pack a very expensive drug which I had to pay for after even asking for the generic when I was phoned to substitute something else! I dare not mention it to my son here who is a doctor as they are not allowed to prescribe for me. I have NEVER had this trouble with Olympus DisChem, but I went to the nearest where I now collect my medication. I’m very disappointed in their service.
