Poor service on feedback

I purchased 2 bottles of Milton liquid which wasn’t properly sealed and it spilled on my clothing. My clothing has been damaged. I reported it immediately at the branch in East Rand Mall to the manager Marlin. He said he would contact his regional manager and get back to me the next day. After no response i called him after the weekend and he said he was unable to get hold of the manager and would call me back which he hasn’t done as yet. I find it totally unacceptable and am disappointed in the service level Dis-Chem is providing
