Poor service no manager available rude staff

Visited the Dischem in new market in the new mall.Went to get a med that was finished and needed to get a new supply,visited the dispensary and there was a lady and a man was walking around,gave my details and was informed there is no stock if I order it would take 2-4 days if supplier has stock,this lady called supplier then stated to me supplier has stock done want to order,I then ask her to first check with the branch at Newmarket mall,she says they don't have stock I ask her how she knows this and can she call to confirm,she does not know the number after a few tries the guy dials the number she then talks to her friend and then say that there is stock,then not even an offer to request the meds for me she says you can go there,she was absolutely rude,then I ask the reception for the store manager and told asst manager is out the store and nobody else available except admin manager who they can't find,I then went to Newmarket mall for my meds there and spoke to the store manager there ,explained him my problem and all he says is there is an asst manager at the store that I had a problem at and he was unapologetic,really poor service wont be supporting dischem again
