Poor service no help for elders

Good Afternoon

Today I went to Dischem Maponya Mall, I have flu so I went to go get my meds there. As soon as I got to the dispensary I noticed that there was only one pharmacist working and the other was helping people pay (I understand) but my problem was that there was NO ORDER,so ok another pharmacist came to assist and then he asked me to join the queue with elder citizens who were not assisted accordingly. I stood there and the granny behind me left to join another queue,so the pharmacist who was assisting me with my meds came to me DIRECTLY to leave the queue and join another,I did as he says cause I thought it was convenient but when I get there they tell me meds are to be paid at one place AND they had put a “cashier is closed” and they showed it to me,I returned only to find that other people had taken my spot and I couldn’t get it back so when I confronted the pharmacist he IGNORED ME AND WALKED AWAY like he did not even know me.

I am incredibly disappointed in this branch because the service is appalling and they have no interest what so ever in helping their customers,even the consultants help you as if they are doing you a favor! I am angry because I am sick and they don’t even care about the elder citizens who need their help more than others. The customer is always right only when he is WHITE!!! Poor service has a face at Dischem Maponya Mall and they face is black. How do you treat predominantly black customers with disrespect . Fuxk them very much.
