Poor service from Store Manager.

Yesterday I was at Dischem Princess crossing to buy the Johnsons baby oil for R15 as advertised on the website and catalogue. I'm pregnant and a friend told me about as she has bought for her baby at the price. I get to the shelves and it's priced the normal price,so I call the store merchandiser(he didn't have his name tag on) to check if it will scab for that price. Toy surprise he comes back with the store manager,a rude old man who asks me where do I get the price from,so I explain to him. He replies by saying he has no clue what I'm talking about and I will pay the price I see. I nodded and kept my cool. What angered me was the lack of interest he showed and not even offering to check their catalogue or website. I bought the very same products at Dischem Cradlestone mall today for the advertised price. I'm disgusted by both the merchandiser but especially the store manager, who was supposed to at least try to resolve the matter but instead couldn't wait to be out of my sight. Clearly he needs further training on customer service!
