Poor service from Dischem delivery D

I am so disappointed with the dischem delivery D app. On the app it says the order will be sent within one hour but that was not the case for me. I made the order at 2pm only for the app to change the delivery to the next day at 5pm. When I called the dischem store in Richard's bay a white lady picked up the phone. She was so rude and told me she has nothing to do with the delivery I should sort it out myself. My order has not been delivered now I have to go to dischem tomorrow to fetch my order despite paying the R35 delivery fee. I'm so disappointed with dischem and their service I am never using their delivery app again!!
