Poor service!!

Hi, I am currently furious with your Dischem store in Wonderpark. I called on Friday to confirm they have stock of the JnJ Covid-19 Vaccine, I was assured that if I book now I would have access to the vaccine. This morning, I drove over two hours!!!! I arrived there for my 09h00 to 10h00 appointment, only to be told they don't have stock of the JnJ! This was an absolute waste of time and money!!!! I am beyond livid with this poor service!!!

I asked for the manager, and got Ashley and all he could do was shrug and tell the lady to phone the other stores! This is beyond ridiculous!
