POOR SERVICE ....DONT COMPLY TO THE SAME POLICIES AS A FRANCHISE!!!!

dischem does not operate the same way for all stores...i gave cresta mall dischem a script and they didnt build me a profile, i asked if i should go to a different store would they give me problems they said no, i went to benmore and now i cant get my injection...i was told that its not their problem... im so disgusted
