POOR SERVICE- DIS-CHEM PIETERMARITZBUTG

<p>Dis-chem stocks Holle range of baby cereal and my little one can only eat the holle organic rice cereal. There is only 1 Dis-chem store in PMB. Everytime i go into the store to purchase the cereal there is no stock available on the shelf. Therefore i purchase between 3-4 boxes at a time which allows me enough time so i do not run out. The first occasion i placed an order for 3 boxes 2 weeks later i had still not recieved a call from the store in the interim i had to go to durban and buy - the durban stores had stock available. I went into the store and queried only to be referred to about 4 different 'managers' all of which had conflicting stories. Eventually after an hour of complaining the last 'manager' said that stock has arrived its in the store room. -After much complaining i recieved 3 boxes.</p> <p> </p> <p>the next few occasions the store did not have any on the shelf and was not helpful at all in trying to locate stock. i had to then purchase from Durban stores. At this stage the item was not reflecting on the online store.</p> <p> </p> <p>Last month i told myself il give them a try as i was unable to go to durban. It has been just over a month now that 1 placed an order for 4 boxes. Every week since then i have called in and asked about stock, only to be told that theres a problem, that the order was not placed, they are waiting for the rep...etc. I then thought this is ridiculous is it impossible to locate stock from another store? on my last enquiry which was last week 16/02/2017, i asked the assistant, Shanice can you not contact other Dis-chem stores to find the stock. She said she will speak to the managers and get back to me. Within 10min she returned my call saying theres no stock in the warehouse and no store in Dbn has stock available.</p> <p> </p> <p>Immediatley after her phone call i logged onto the Dis-chem site, and searched for the item. I found the item placed an order. Within minutes i recieved an sms that my items will be delivered and stock was coming from Galleria mall. I recieved the package on the 17/02/2017- and they were kind eonough to send free gifts as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>The customer service at the Dischem in PMB is absolutly terrible. As a customer they are rude and dont even try to help. this is cereal for my baby not just any item.</p> <p> </p>
