Poor service delivery!

Dischem is Pathetic! Took medical insurance for my mom all I can say the service was pathetic up until I decided to cancel the med ins. I gave whoever that was assisting me an instruction of what to do and that was not followed, spoke to them numerous times to fix it but still it was not fixed. Called for a refund of my premiums the lady just put the phone down on me without any help. DO NOT TAKE DISCHEM MEDICAL INSURANCE, their stuff is *********** and they do as they please. Pathetic!
