Poor service delivery

I made a purchase for collection of medication at Cornubia using the online facility. When I went to collect I was told that they are out of stock of the item. Totally unreasonable this is medication after all, which wasn't indicated online. Today still nothing and I'm told that they trying to source the stock from another store. Once again I stress this is essential medication not an household item or something I can afford waiting on. No communication either. Called the customer service centre to speak to a regional representative, I'm still waiting. Utterly disappointed with disgusting customer service,you guys trying to compete with govt?
