Poor Service

I called the Dis-Chem call center to make a booking for one of the clinic services and I was disappointed when I arrived at the respective store only to find that the nurse is not licensed for what I had booked for. This was utterly frustrating considering how long I had to wait on the line before I could make this appointment. There is a huge miscommunication between the clinics and the call center that is affecting the consumer.
