Poor service

I went to Dischem Parow Centre Branch too purchase a Controlice Value Pack which includes the Oil Spray, Defense Shampoo alongside the Comb which removes lice. I got home and to my dismay there wasn't any lice comb in the box which I paid over R200 for. This is unacceptable and poor service. I went to Zevenwacht branch to replace the goods and they helped me efficiently. This cost me time. Extremely inconvenient!
