Poor service

So my daughter is 1year and 4months old and i only bought her necessarily monthly items from them, Nappies etc, So this is where my experience changed, I moved to Queenstown and we do not have a dis-chem never tbe less on the 16th of September i submitted a order of items for e R1600 paid it as well, 2weeks ago i received a call the saturday to state the order would be delivered tomorrow(Sunday) Tuesday i phoned them still not received anything, I get a long story wrt the courier not delivering to Qtwn and there are people from Butterworth too experiencing the same problem, The guy would get back to me wrt feedback, According to him he was just about to phone me, Next day i get news that we will have to be refunded, Day there aftwr another phone call, They changed the courier company and my things will be delivered tje next day, Which is last week Thursday, Yesterday i phoned again to inform the guy i have not received anything yet, He sounded surprised, Told me he would phone me back after he spoke to the courier company, This is now already 1day later and still he has not come back to me, In 11days from now i will be waiting 1month for my daughters monthly groceries, I now had to go out of my budget buying extra relying that the delivery would come, I am beyond disgusted and dis-chem will never ever see me again
