Poor service

I bought a battery operating DQuip shaver last year (2024). In January 2025 I ordered a replacement foil and blades to replace the worn parts. Ever since that day I only get promises that the parts are on order. In April I ordered from another Dis-chem branch with the same results. 9 months later I am still waiting for the parts. What do I need to do? Must I buy a new shaver every time the foil and blades gets too worn to use?
